Update to Highways England Proposal: M25 - A3 Wisley Interchange Road
November 2017We are delighted to hear that Highways England’s preferred option to widen the A3 will not land grab 10,000 sq. metres of woodland, which would have destroyed more than 500 important trees from RHS Garden Wisley.
A remarkable 134,000 people signed the petition objecting to Highways England's (HE) proposals.
However, there are still concerns regarding HE's new proposals and the RHS continue to work with them to find an acceptable solution.
